South Jakarta Administration purchased 4 plots of residents' lands worth Rp 13 billion affected Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) construction.

“There are 4 plots purchased in Cipete Selatan worth Rp 13 billion,” said Secretary of South Jakarta, Desi Putra, Tuesday (12/8).
The purchase was done in Cilandak Sub-District, South Jakarta.
131 Plots in Cilandak will Be Prioritized for MRT Project“The land owner didn’t attend in Mayor office during land acquisition. And now, it already paid,” he uttered.
Putra explained land acquisition was through appraisal price and approved by land owner. While the plots that have not been acquired are in Gandaria which still being negotiated.
“We’re still negotiating the plot with the owner,” he stressed.
